Matthew joined the Harmony team as Director of Development in 2021. His role involves building and implementing fundraising strategies, developing relationships with funders, securing donors and fostering corporate and community partnerships. Matthew has a professional history in education and the arts, holding Bachelor and Master Degrees in Music Education, with over 20 years of fundraising experience. He is married and has two children.
